NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

I hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting will be held on: -

Wednesday 19th May at 6.15pm

and will be held in The Fulforth Centre

To ensure that we are following Covid guidelines we need to be aware of how many electors will be attending the meeting and therefore kindly ask you to confirm via email if you will be attending :- sacristonparishcouncil@gmail.com

Please ensure that when you attend the meeting you are wearing a face covering and sanitize your hands upon entry to the building.
